from what i've experienced, i've munched on soyjoy, it made me full, till like end of work which is like 9pm. i didnt had anything before that, but soyjoy -.- . so like basically i've skipped like 2 meals, breakfast & lunch and SoyJoy kept me full.
OMG, sound so unhealthy right i know! its only applicable for me, not sure for the rest of you though. its NOT a meal replacement bar anyway. it just maintains your weight ^^

anyway i forgot to blog that i went out with partner the other day! :D
met her at town, and we decided to have lunch at heerens, fish & co.
we donated $4 to the children charity and got a sculptured balloon ^^




after that, we walked to fep.
had our nails done @ mily's. cheap cheap ^^
i like my nail colour now, pink base with glitter gradient. hehes.
we bus-ed to PS and shopped for stuffs @ carrefour.
after that trained to find troy & slackkkk, homed after.
his dad has a kute green parrot on his shoulder. hahahas.












i saw my 2 'M's that day.
